Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Jacob Teague, covering use of any of the following apps: Peptide Vault, TRT Vault, GLP-1 Companion, No Contact Companion, SnapSafe, Offer Boss, and any future Vault Engine application (each, an "App"). By installing or using any App, you agree to these Terms.
Each App is also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. If there is a conflict, Apple's terms govern the App's distribution and platform use; these Terms govern the app-specific policies.
Acceptable use
- You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
- You may not use the App in a way that violates local law or Apple's developer policies.
Health disclaimer
These Apps are passive tracking tools. They are not medical devices and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Use them only to log regimens, activities, or data that you have independently chosen to track or that have been directed by a licensed healthcare provider. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, changing, or stopping any protocol or health-related activity.
The App's reference database entries (including compound names, dosages, mechanisms, or other informational content) are drawn from publicly available sources and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute a recommendation to use, purchase, or avoid any substance.
No Contact Companion disclaimer
No Contact Companion is a private behavior-support and journaling utility. It is not therapy, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, crisis support, relationship counseling, or emergency support. Do not use the App to harass, monitor, surveil, manipulate, or contact another person.
Offer Boss disclaimer
Offer Boss is an educational job offer and raise negotiation preparation tool. It is not legal, financial, tax, employment, recruiting, or career advice. The app does not guarantee salary increases, job offers, promotions, raises, or employment outcomes. You are responsible for your own employment and compensation decisions.
Subscriptions and purchases
Certain features of some Apps are available through a paid subscription ("Pro"). Pro is billed monthly or annually via your Apple ID and auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Certain features of some Apps, including Offer Boss, may be available through a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase. One-time purchases are billed via your Apple ID and can be restored through Apple's purchase restoration flow when supported by the App.
A free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
Intellectual property
The App, its design, its database content, and its trademarks are owned by Jacob Teague and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.
Warranty disclaimer
The Apps are provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, operate without error, or be continuously available.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jacob Teague is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of any App, including any health-related decisions you make based on data logged or displayed in the App. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the App.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be surfaced in the App on next launch.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
